Ever since Black Ops Zombies dropped in 2010 with Kino Der Toten, we've always been puzzled as to why there is two versions of Samantha's Room. We've seen it multiple times already since then, in various dimensions, and even in Der Eisendrache. But it is Der Eisendrache, and the Zombies Chronicles Story Trailer that really gave us the answer we were looking for: the open window is the key to all corruption in The House.

One reason why Samantha has two rooms may be because after the corrupt ether attacked Samantha she told maxis. Maxis then asked Richthofen to take Samantha to Der Eisendrache to protect her. Maxis then makes a machine that puts the house on lockdown. While in Der Eisendrache Richthofen realised that the apothicons are following Samantha causing them to move back to the original house where they know they are protected with maxis's machine. Firstly the sirens go off ,then all windows are then closed ,then the basement door is closed. The house is now in lockdown so nothing can enter. The apothicons then try to spawn hundreds of themselves to override the lockdown causing revelations

I don't know if this has already been said but its pretty obvious that this is the reason that Mob of The Dead is SO important. In M.O.D. the group is stuck in an endless loop that can only be stopped by killing weasel in the end. I`m almost certain that the same thing is happening with Samantha being that each time she tries to come back its a little different and can only be stopped by killing Weasel or in this case shutting the window.

This is like in Blood of the Dead in BO4 where the cycle of Revelations can only be broken if Primis Richtofen (I believe it is Primis Richtofen) is put in the Dark Mechanism while Great War Richtofen brings Nikolai, Dempsey, and Takeo to continue on and also breaks their blood vials and brings them through the portals. This make Blood of the Dead even more important and it also occurs after Revelations so my guess is that there will be one or two more maps after classified where in the final one the four of them will defeat Dr. Monty as the final boss of the Aether Storyline

Here's an interesting theory. The snowglobe is something we've never seen in her room before. What if the samantha that we see for the majority of the trailer isn't the same samantha who shuts the window @ the end? What if the Samantha from the Ultimis universe, the one from the MPD finally became one with the dark aether, and then travelled across dinensions to try and replace origins/revelations samantha so that she can be with her father again? She brought the snowglobe in with her, that's why it isn't snowing at the beginning of the trailer. it only begins snowing outside AFTER she shakes the snowglobe. Playing with the figurines gives her the opporthnity to move back through time to the older maps/chapters of their lives, perhaps to attempt to change the course of events. While she's doing that, her corrupted aetherized spirit is roaming around the room, snuffong out candles and knocking things over like a petulant child who wants her daddy. After her work is complete, she vanishes into the dark aether as the real sam enters the room.

Samantha has got to be key to breaking the cycle. Have a look at the ending of the storyline trailer corrupted Samantha disappears and new one appears its a never ending cycle. The window needs to stay closed until the cycle is broken. She says in the Origins cutscene my dad has a plan and that was to create 1.0 versions of Primus sending them to the house with Monty until they grow up and might be needed in order to break the cycle once and for all
SavageRicktator exactly and im confused and all about a couple things like I haven't been into the storyline for long but she is playing with toys of the characters so in my mind that is the Samantha controlling everything. and the other samantha that got teleported with maxis is the real one from where richtofin and the others are "real"/"living" and since richtofin at first wants to control the zombies this is eddys role in the cut scene because he is really richtofin both named Edward im not sure about these facts by the way. and the evil version of her is because she is corrupted but she is still trying to do the right thing. this is what goes on in my mind and its probably all wrong or all proved right and I just haven't heard

Your theory is really accurate John but there is something that sounds weird. If you pay close attention to the keeper's chest on the drawing you can see that it is a KEEPER sign not an APOTHICON one like in revelations. So it may just me Dr Monty in his true form making his arrival into the house. We need to keep in mind that there are non corrupted keepers that may possibly be following Monty's orders and checking is everything is all right at the house.

I think, there's two houses because it's later in the time line, they moved or got moved into that new house where there is no corruption taking place and when they moved out of the house that's shown in origins end cut scene when there is no sign of Samantha and the room has gotten corrupt is because they left and went to the new house, or different time lines and the house had gotten corrupted when the globe took her after the second Samantha came in and closed it
i disagree about Samantha's Keeper painting,that keeper is blue and there's a symble in its chest,as we know the corrupted keeper has another symble.

-Its a device that you can find around the map that you can attach to 1 perk by bringing the device or object to perk location and it upgrades it for the match. (Device will be hard to achieve. Maybe a bit harder than getting PaP open) (If perk is not on the map then unfortantlly it would not get the upgrade)
Note: **ALL THESE PERKS WILL HAVE REASONABLE COOLDOWNS TO REDUCE OP'ness**

I think that the snow globe is just another universe of the room because the evilness went through it and corrupted a Samantha in the trailer and maybe there's different houses in different universes like the dark eithir and the normal universe etc. and that the reason why we see the hellish version and the origins version is because the evil got through in certain universes. Long story short though what I think is that there's universes that are and aren't corrupted and that there's more to the story of her room that we don't understand
The Morse code embedded on the kn-44 diamond camo (both in multiplayer and zombies) translates to "TIME". I haven't yet been able to find any other guns which do this, although I believe that extra camos on the kn-44 could be important. Also, remember that Jason Blundell recommended in an interview to take a closer look at the picture of the kn-44 in the Giant.

From another video I saw about this window thing and the time line ig some of the maps represent the ultimis version and the others represent primis. To me Samantha's room is like the center of those different versions/timelines but when the evil corrupted Samantha I think she teleported out and Came back realizing that the window was still open and closed it. (My opinion)

If you notice there's a cutscene with Samantha, Eddie, and three other kids at 6:30. It also shows prior to that Eddie low key switching from Nikolai back to Eddie after Samantha and him head to the basement, maybe showing something went wrong with the teleportation device, explaining Dr.maximus saying "What have I done". Also showing some sort of deeper significance to the relationship of the heroes in the storyline to Samantha. It seems like they may have been linked together in their past as children, also when Nikolai 1.0 meets Nik 2.0 they talk about loosing a loved one, as it may be his wife, it has some questioning to the later cutscenes. I think the zombies storyline may be kind of reeling backwards in a sense, like the heroes are unfolding their past or leading back to the beginning, while Richthofen is trying to save it, or very well end it. None of this explains the other characters roles in the story though. Cod zombies no doubt has one of the best storylines ever, even tho the multiplayers now traash.

I think that samantha is tricking Richtofen , Dempsey , Takeo and Nikolai into trying to save her but when they kill all their 1.0 characters they are sent back to maxis to be changed back to a child because first off all Richtofen is actually Eddie and Nikolai is sent back to the room as a child and he was the last 1.0 character to be killed and I think that it is weird that Eddie controls the motd zombies and richtofen has the blood files of the motd characters and controls the green run crew and samantha only tricked them to just have friends - like so dalek sees

I think that whenever someone is teleporting, evil can enter through that hole in time and sorta piggyback off of the teleporter. So if Samantha has the window open the house is openly exposed to the outside where evil can enter through that hole in time and space (rift).
Her disappearing into the snow globe and reappearing seconds later, is her reappearing inside the snow globe, immediately closing window but doesn’t know she is inside.
Once she is inside is when we get the zombies, her zombie toys etc.
when we teleport to the various rooms there is a box we must shoot once, I don’t rightly remember it’s been forever since I played

After Samantha got sucked into the snow globe the other version of her was holding a really messed up teddy bear. So maybe every time the window gets left open it's leading Samantha to do more and more bad things
I think there was a possible small easter egg in Samantha's room that might relate to COD IW zombies. When observing the room, a viewer can notice the poster that says "Faust" with a devilish cartoon face. This devilish cartoon face looks very similar to the other devilish cartoon face a player would see in the lower right corner of the screen/the player's perk card in COD IW zombies. I highly doubt there's a connection between the BO3 and IW universes. However, if there was a connection, it would be pretty cool to discover.

Oh! I just realized! Im not sure if you went over this in the video, but the picture of the devil looking creature with the words faust is referencing the story of faust. Faust is a story of a man who sold his soul to satan for a wife and family. Satan then take the mans soul and grants him his wish, but soon takes the mans family out of the picture leaving the man alone and back in the state he was before he made the deal. Anyways back to zombies, maxis has said himself he doesnt want to lose his daughter, samantha, like he did his wife. By the way, Faust has many representations of itself over years of new writers tell the tale of faust, although the plot of the story is nearly always the same. Maxis has samantha shut the windows and lock them to keep the devil out and keep him from taking samantha. This is why maxis is so worried when samantha has not reached the basement when the sirens went off. There are more comparisons and conections to be made but Im going to finish this comment up with a question, who in the zombies story line is the devil who made a deal with maxis? what could have maxis done to force him to hide and protect himself and samantha from? So yea, there's a lot to talk about in this little theory I had, hope someone can piggy back off of this comment!
I think Samantha in the globe is how she talks on the map origins and asks the characters to rescue her
the globe symbolizes the perfect safe universe that Dr Monty created, and when Sam is sent back to the globe symbolizes the loop, and how everyone the loop is done something, even something little, gets corrected. that's just a very simple pov

idk what it means when Samantha disappears but when she vanishes and the flash of light pops up if you pause the. video at 8:54 You can see Zombies .
One thing i see is a flying evil force, my one or two needs, a chain saw, and boomstick. Groooovy
in the lore, Richtofen takes care of/ babysits Samantha for some time, that may explain her "room" in Eisendrache

I found something when i rewatched this around 8:50 if you go as slow as possible you can see a glimpse of zombies when Samantha disappears.
Pause around 8:14 when Samantha disappears you can see zombies. I always thought when she disappeared it was then more connected to Bo2 origins because she needs help to escape because she is trapped with the help of the main characters.
I noticed something at 8:55 in the video. I paused it to take a second look. That yellow flash is actually a bunch of zombie faces. Then she disappeared. So maybe her getting "trapped in the snow globe" is saying that no matter how hard she tries, she can't escape that hell. Idk. Just an idea. Thought I'd share my findings lol.
I know what is is when you teleport on kino der toten you dont actually teleport you time travel so you get 1 point of samantha's room and 1 hel version of it after. When those keepers took samantha samantha was laughing in that picture maybe it was the keeper that saved samantha before the hell version of the room
