    Thank you I cried and had a nice release / completion of a cycle which was very helpful ❤ at times I’m stuck and fight my physical symptoms this time I relaxed just listened let my body go and I started to cry . Very much appreciated

    I'm greatfull for this episode. For me the part of feeling other people/comunity was very inttresting. For me it is sometimes overwhellming. How I can low down this impact? I wolub be greatfull for you helo with that issue. Sat nam❤

      Thanks for your feedback , Yes I understand , our reaction makes it overwhelming , the more we regulate our nervous system the more peacefully we can integrate the information form our environment
