    Do you mean yoga helps us to be friend olur nervous system? İ want to ask why it is so quick then other styles of yoga , when we do kundalini yoga and meditations?it is so magical 🙏🏻 i see myself my deepest traumas are solved by doing Ky ,day by day

      Yes we need to be friends with our nervous system . This yoga is very fast because it directly unlocks the nervous system . So traumatic events stored in our body can be released
