Can some one tell me the answer - do we need to visualize daily. Or 3 days prior to sleep is enough. Another question is do we need to completely forget that in the daytime or do we need to mentally act and rehearsal that act in day time.. can some one please helpme?❤

Visualize daily and play before sleep by Goddards method. Do this until it feel natural to you. Act as you would, were it true.
