- Fiskens are proud to present another piece of motorsport history from the Verdon-Roe collection, this time raced in period by Bobby Verdon-Roe himself: The championship-winning 2000 Lister Storm GTM: 002.
Press play to experience the fearsome v12 howl of the Jaguar 7-litre and experience nostalgic GT1-inspired driving that'll have you itching to get behind the wheel.
002 is a rare opportunity to acquire an all-British homologated FIA championship-winning Lister Storm direct from her period racing driver Bobby Verdon-Roe. Lively and track-hungry as ever, this front-engine competition GT is raring to be raced at historic events. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find a car more befitting the Peter Auto Endurance and Modern Masters Endurance.
Finally, a video of the Lister Storm that’s not recorded on a 1990’s microwave! Epic video😎
I just remembered there was this amazing piece of automotive engineering, and who would have thought there is an only month old 4K video of it... Greatly appreciate the production quality, thanks!
Grand Turismo 2 Legend!
Also that V12 sounds great!
Why isn't this car more famous?
I've known about the normal GT since like 1999 or so.
I remember being absolutely in love with this car as a kid. My dad raced in the TVR Tuscan Challenge at the time and the GT's often shared the same race weekend. It was this, and a multi-coloured Marcos that I loved watching.
Was just watching the Tiff Needell video of him driving the Lister Storm then came here. My dad was a main sponsor for a TVR Tuscan team back in 99/00 I think. Great memories going to the track to watch the races
Did he race at Combe in 2002?
@alarak2159 I'm afraid not. In 1998 he was involved in what amounted to a career ending accident at Brands Hatch that involved somewhere upwards of ten cars. The accident happened along the pit straight immediately after the start as the cars were breaking for turn 1, and my dad's car was catapulted up and onto it's roof. I was 11 at the time but remember it like it was yesterday. Thought I'd lost my dad that day.
Please can you upload all the in car footage from that session without the music? This is the only modern Storm footage on YT. The old stuff with Tiff is of really bad quality sadly.
My favourite car from gran turismo 4 driving on the test track from The Grand Tour... my day is made

Thank you for being back my child hood memories this engine should had gone in there LMP900
Remember seeing this car at the 24 hours of Spa as a kid... GT3 is great racing but I miss the Multiclass racing from the 2000 era...

Wasn’t BVR driving the Cerbera Speed 12 in 2000? Alongside Ian Mckellar
This is really good, apart from the amazing Lister I love the shots and the editing? What gear did you use?
Please upload on board with NO MUSIC!
No V12 hits the ears quite like a big Jag V12.
Turn. Off. The. Music.
Could do without the music, the V12 is enough.
gran turismo

Get rid of the stupid Lucifer intro music. I wanna hear the car!
