Thanks for the review! Just curious, why did you had to go down to reception after check-in to ask about breakfast timing? Couldnt you just have called them from your hotel?
Hello, Yes that was an option but I wanted to film it for the audience in case there was any more information. Unfortunately, when I did visit reception it was so so hot, the poor reception staff were melting and it didn't look good on camera so I didn't include this clip. I like to include the staff in my videos and give credit where it is due! But not knowing how the video would have panned out, yes, a normal guest could just call reception.
I've been to this hotel and the visit was amazing and the customer service was exceptional. Your description was disappointing and contrary to my experience. I stayed in a pool side unit that was incredible. I met the chef who was fantastic and offered to make most anything off menu I wanted. Sorry you didn't have a good time.

Generally speaking, most people will have a great experience and there will always be someone who didn't have the same experience. Normally, this is not me! But this time, I was surprised that only the breakfast team and concierge were friendly and chatty. I am always smiling and chatty but maybe it was one of those days.
