Hi Tom, I have just bought this on the basis of your review from my local shop, Bullfrog in East Grinstead. It is a beautiful instrument and incredible value. Thank you for the review.
thank you my friend, I bought the same guitar last week from the Cosham guitar Centre and Im thrilled with it. thank you so much for a very professional review of this guitar. well done to you sir, and happy gigging. Tom from Selsey West Sussex.
These Bromo guitars really are nicely made and sound really good! I'm interested in the bracing..may try something similar in my own builds. I have to say...you play beautifully! Thanks TJ :o)xx
The review and explanation are very detailed and clear😎👍. Your performance at a gig will be even more perfect, supported by a good guitar.😍🎙🎼 Thank you for sharing sir, wish you good health and success always 🌹🙏 16:43
I played one the other day - ive been to mount bromo so it caught my eye. I wouldnt normaly have tried a "cheap" guitar otherwise but it boew me away for the price. Cant imagine a better starter guitar but itd be a solid gigging guitar too
I just received mine today and it sounds beautiful. The only thing I see wrong with it is excessive glue around the neck joint. But I can’t really complain when this guitar is so affordable!
You've done a few Bromo reviews on your channel. I've got my mind set on the Bromo BAR5CE to buy as a beginners guitar, but there aren't so many reviews around. Do you think you could get your hands on one to review on your channel?
Really interesting vid Tom, these guitars are definately great value for money! And I love the look of that cut away model....But I'm not totally convinced on the over all sound quality, and nor have I seen or heard of Tone Flow bracing and can't find much info on that, on the web. Its usually all about X-bracing and V- bracing. I mean they are not bad at all, great budget guitars, but they sound a bit too toppy for me, but then you can adjust that of course when its processed through a bit of electronics and the way YOU play it, you can make anything sound good!! :) What is the bridge saddle and nut made of as a matter of interest? I assume bridge ebony? Great playing mate.
Someone commented the the bridge and nut are made of Nu Bone. It may sound toppy on the studio mic as that's the way I've processed it....I often process an acoustic like that as more often than not it's in a mix rather than on its own and it sits with the other instruments well like that! I think the tone flow bracing is unique to these guitars. I used it at the Mesmerist....i'll bring it along so you can hear it live at some point!!
Hi Tom, I was looking between getting this model (BAT4MCE) and a very similar one (BAT2MCE) which has a more standard cutaway. Can I ask why you chose this over the other and if you’re aware of any difference between the two?
Hi, These were the ones I was sent to review so we chose a variety of body shapes across the range. I think the difference is really in how it looks (I would double check the specs on the Bromo website) but the guitars would sound and play in a similar way!
Does the guitar sounds good for an intermediate as i am thinking of buying bat2ce Will it sound up to the mark such as other models with sane specs such as orangewood austen or fender cd 60s
Hey I want to ask that the solid top model of other competition brands are 3k more expensive in my country. So is there any cost cutting in the wood like the wood quality is not good or is it something else. And how would you describe the tonality of this guitar
I'm not sure why the others would be more expensive.....the quality of the wood seems very good on the Bromo. I think the recordings in the videos can probably give you a better idea than me describing the sound!

Great to hear! Thank you!
It's not the instrument . . . it's the player! Nice licks on the live clips. Well done.
I disagree. I have one of these and its great. Sounds just like his. I payed $250.00 for mine and it is good as my Martin.
Very good demo thanks and great playing
Glad you liked it! Thank you!

Thank you! I'm very impressed for the money, the bracing is interesting, definitely seems to do something different!

I prefer to love the mahogany character, that's on BAT4MCE

Bromo has a very nice sun rice, believe me seen it twice
I've been debating buying this guitar for a couple of weeks.. would you say its worth it instead of the tradition yamaha or something similar?
Does the guitar sounds good for an intermediate as i am thinking of buying bat2ce

I've not tried those models by other manufacturers, but the Bromo is really good for the money.
What string do you recommend for it
thin or thick neck?
Fan fact. Bromo is the name a big mountain at East Java Indonesia 🇮🇩
Thanks for that! Looks amazing....I looked it up!
*_sir, i've just one little question, that noone has covered yet, is, does it have truss rod near the sound hole?_*
I can't remember, I think it does though.

I came across a Bromo guitar factory tour that explains the process, wood, etc. The quality seems to be there.
Great review, thanks been waiting for this one, for the money I also think these are worth checking out
I think so!
Great video, I really love my Bromo BAT4CE as well.
Good to hear!
