@@CrisAlex the other people I've watched get too technical but your videos are straight forward. My costume for Halloween this year is the horned witch from hansel and gretel. So your vein tutorial is awesome and going to be very helpful!
Thank you so much for your videos! I’ve wanted an airbrush for soooo long and finally just got one as a gift for my 28th birthday. I was immediately shocked at the prices of airbrush face paint. I was instantly looking around wondering why I couldn’t just mix my own water based face paint to use. Everything I saw was saying it was bad to do that and would lead to clogging and could harm your machine. I’m chronically ill and funds are basically non existent so I really didn’t want to risk harming my little Amazon rechargeable air brush but also couldn’t afford the liquid face paints. I was so excited to find your videos! The watercolor brush is such an amazing idea! And now I know how to resolve any clogging issues that may come up too. You explained everything in such a clear and precise manner(I love that you just get to the point and don’t make us sit through a 5 minute intro!!!) I love your channel and your incredible make up looks(so amazing.) Thank you so much for sharing this information, you are very much appreciated!
Thank you so much! So happy you found all the info useful. Congrats on finally getting your airbrush! Excited for you to get to play around with it and truly hope you love it 🥰
Thank you so much! I am what we in Sweden call ”a happy amateur”. I love makeup and feel like I’ve reached the roads end when it comes to conventional makeup. I’m really interested in dabbling with airbrush makeup (and airbrushing on fabrics since I’m also a keen hobby designer/seamstress) but I’ve been struggling to find non-sponsored videos on the subject. This video is very informative and I’m really jittery about buying my first setup. You just found yourself a new subscriber! ❤️
Welcome! So happy you found the video helpful! 🥰Airbrushing definitely opens up so many more creative possibilities. Huge fan of using an airbrush for fabrics and props. I think once you getting going you are going to love it!
Hi 😄 Absolutely! A cordless is a great way to start. There’s less to worry yourself with as far as compressor setup. You can just focus on getting comfortable with the airbrush.
Hi do you think that I should use my iwata airbrush for art projects (heavy paints like createx, permanent paints rarely) as well as makeup as long as it's cleansed properly after? I don't know I'm kinda thinking of getting a separate airbrush for makeup but don't know if it's necessary
I use wicked createx and acrylics at times with my current airbrushes. Just clean them well before using makeup in them. I personally have only created separate systems when I was spraying automotive enamel type paints.
Wow thank you for all the good information. I have some question about aibrush. I have only one airbrush gun and the hybrid paint and i want to try to use water activated paint with it. Do i need another gun? Or can just use water activated paint, clean the gun and use the alcohol palette? Would you like to make video about how to use airbrush for beginner? Maybe like the placement, how to control the paint that come out or like how to blend colors. Again thank you so much for this video, really really helpful ❤️😁😊💖💖
So glad you found it helpful! I use the same airbrush for the water and alcohol activated products without any issues. After I use one or the other I will spray alcohol through to clear any left over makeup and switch to the next type of product. I do also use acrylics for non makeup purposes but I clean the airbrush really well before using it for cosmetics again. I am hoping to have some more airbrush content made soon. Those are great suggestions! Thank you so much. I will try to touch in those points.
👋If you ever wanna do a step by step on cleaning a set up that would help me so much! And maybe more info on nozzles sizes. Idk why I'm nervous to change them, break them etc. I tried the mehron palette technique & I'm so stoked for the idea, tyty! That's probably the reason I finally bought one. I wouldnt mind a hand held though, that's so convenient
Thank you so much! Your the only airbrush person who actually has sound advice. So glad I found your channel!
Thank you so much! Happy you enjoyed the content 😄

Hi Cris, do you recommend cordless airbrush for beginners? I would love to hear from you. Thank you in advance
