most cutscenes are slideshows tho. They already showed a bunch and its kind of a bummer.

From a somewhat weaker zamasu, thats like me clutching a 2v1 then having to fight someone else without recovering.
Im more baffled how trunks was even able to clash with him even though gb in rose is stronger.

It kinda makes no sense on paper, but Goku put so much effort in his Kamehameha that his arms went numb, which means that while Trunks and Vegeta did their bests, they didn't go past the limit of what their bodies can endure like Goku did
Goku penetrated the attack. He didn’t push it back power wise. Technique > Power
I wish he said " the saiyans are a true warrior race, dont underestimate us"

Hopefully if we speak on it enough it can be a future update games now a days update all the time let's voice our opinions I know they are talented enough to implement this and keep the old style too and give us the option on both.

The graphic is so much better than xenoverse and the animation is better than dragon ball z: kakarot

I wish the cutscene animations were all handled by the team that did the Dragon Ball Kakarot cutscene animations, because it'd be hard to top this game at all at that point

Sparking Zero graphics are the best but the story animations are kinda lame.
this is how Tenkaichi has always been, this is the best its ever been cause the cutscenes were just super attacks from the actual game as if its completely different lol

@@brxkenfxrever Tenkaichi never had cutscenes, just characters standing in front of each other. Its not bad, but i have seen people saiying that these cutscenes are better than DBZ kakarot's ones.
Btw being a Tenkaichi isnt an excuse to have bad cutscenes.

they're going with the bt2 route by breaking down the story into narration and slideshows and only showing some cutscenes while also going the bt3 route by special events happening during gameplay and dialogues during the fights.

They uuuuh... went a bit too deep into having these cutscenes done with motion capture and barely any post motion capture rigging... It feels like watching a VR chat enactment. The animations miss some of that Dragon Ball snap to it. I guess on some aspects the game had to suffer I guess.

Has anyone noticed they almost never hace any cuts during cinematics in this game? The cameras always jumping and swiveling around. Its a small detail but its hard to unsee once you notice.
Its why the cutscenes like this seem off to me. It makes everything feel less cinematic

Jesus, it looks really bad. The way that beam came out of Vegeta's hands was weak af. There's literally 0 "Oomf" behind anything, look at how the beams move when they win at the end... It looks weak, and you never get the feeling Trunks and Vegeta are overpowering him.
