I had Pro Stitcher added to my long arm machine 3 months ago and have been very intimidated - finally tried a small design last weekend. These videos are very helpful.
I just purchased the Prostitcher Premium and am following along with you but when i touch the buttons you are for example the “modify” buttton almost all of the functions on the ribbon are grey so i cant use them! Why is that?
I am starting a new design and it is set up but the machine moves to the center of the row to start and I can't figure out what I did wrong that it won't move to the start point. I will keep looking for information on that so maybe I can figure it out.
Hi Sandy. Depending on which tablet you have, you can update to premium. Here is our Tablet Compatibility Chart, where you can make sure the tablet you have can support Pro-Stitcher Premium. hqprostitcher.com/software-update/#tablet-compatibility
Can anyone help me with multi point? It will only take my first point. Also the diamond on my handlebar doesn’t work to mark each point.. there’s no way to change the use to multipoint....cannot find any resources that address this. Rebooted etc...no change. Thanks for any help
