The end of your tubing is damaged... Also those scrape marks on the tubing are unacceptable and do to the fact that a spray lube must be utilized on the brass die, as well as the other parts in which the tube slides on.

The end is scrap (i.e workholding). You make the bends then cut and notch them, then weld them to built the exhaust.
