At Good Fabrications (GoodFabs) we design and fabricate performance exhausts for Formula 1 engine builders and teams. We specialise in forming, bending, welding and machining inconel, titanium and stainless steel. Good Fabs specialise in mandrel bending inconel, titanium, stainless steel and aluminium tube and have probably the largest selection of tooling for bending 1-3.5 inch diameter tube across multiple centre lines outside the aerospace industry.
GoodFabs Laser Cutting
GoodFabs can now offer customers an in-house Laser Cutting service from our Buckinghamshire HQ. We can can laser cut thicknesses between 0.4mm and 3mm from Inconel 625, Titanium and Stainless Steel 321 and 304.

Hi, I spent 4 years at GM Performance and Hendrick Motorsports designing headers for their advanced engine development group. I ended up developing a software package in Matlab that interfaces directly to Solidworks and the package automatically designs the header solutions within a set of constraints such as length, steps, radii, as well as packaging constraints. I later designed a set of headers for the Honda V10 for Ralt. Wonder if we could put our heads together. Seems like 3d printing the whole thing in stainless would allow complex curves and better solutions. We were able to minimize the number of welds among other advantages. Great looking work! The end of your tubing is damaged... Also those scrape marks on the tubing are unacceptable and do to the fact that a spray lube must be utilized on the brass die, as well as the other parts in which the tube slides on.
The end is scrap (i.e workholding). You make the bends then cut and notch them, then weld them to built the exhaust.

The Remus end-can is not included with the headers, but you can purchase it through us with a customised bracket. GF Moto is the brand that we are launching this week at the London Motorcycle show from Friday 17th Feb to Sunday 19th.
