The coaching advice that Seif (the blue guy) received was very annoying and patronizing (they were telling him (very disrespectfully) to stand up when he was completely gassed out ). I hope he changes team and focuses on technique cause you can't solely rely on strength when you get swept, you have to create distance and move to avoid your opponent from securing the position.
I agree that was a terrible coaching. He even told him to go forward on Lepri's sit-up that's hilarious. Congrats to Seif : that's already a big achievement to fight Lepri.

Seif has 0 stand up skills and he wanted to stand with Lepri? All he did was drive forward without attempting a takedown. And you can see he gave up at the end to get finish by the bow and arrow choke. He was like fuck this, I wanna get a hamburger.
