My problem is not with premier pro my problem is with gta4 it won’t run from this error I think the reason is because the game plays a video at the beginning and I’m sure of it so do you have any advices

The game may be corrupt Try reinstalling it should fix the problem, you could also contact windows support if that doesn’t fix the problem, thanks 👌

Alternatively try getting the DLL file from the internet. There's one site that hosts all if not most dll files known to the internet.
