Today I am trying to make a one-day vlog, and I felt that I spoke more naturally compared to the last video I recorded. I really appreciated the people who messaged me through my Instagram and gave me lots of support. Thanks! 😌😌Today, when I was paying for items at H-Mart and speaking in Korean, I felt that I still needed to hold up that tension to talk with real Korean natives. The reason I think I couldn’t speak fluently is because it’s been a long time since I last came here or spoke with natives.

My own version of Korean bibimbap rice:🇰🇷
The veggies I use are green sprouts, zucchini, spinach, and mushrooms.
Blanch the veggies in water, blanching them separately.
Add everything together and then give it a big stir.
Put the sliced pork and mixed veggies on top of the rice and add the sauce. I also added a boiled egg.
Some tips:
Dried mushrooms, I recommend soaking them in hot water for at least 20 minutes.
The sauce ratio: 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoon of honey, some lemon juice, and a spoon of kimchi.
It’s so good, plus, if you don’t eat something too spicy or don’t like strong flavours, you’ve got to try this recipe.🙂‍↔️
