- StoryLine:: (WE KNOW THIS ISN'T WHAT THE "SONG IS ABOUT" BUT THIS IS OUR INTERPRETATION! SO PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US A COMMENT SAYING ITS WRONG! :D Thanks!) This is about two guys who's girlfriends die. They both regrret what happened the previous week. The girls were friends and that week they were both expirenceing troubles from their guys (sepia tone clips) so when friday rolled around they decided to have a girls night out with one another. Well they ended up getting in a car accident that night that killed them both. Now the guys regret what happend, and mourn over the loss of the girls.

I am impressed by how the actors communicated the emotion and story line with just their faces and actions, no words, without over acting. Very good job.
This is my favorite song of skillets. I thought that this was the real music video for awhile and then figured it out. You guys did such a great job. You guys found the true meaning of the song. Great job!!!!

Don't worry, John wanted this song to mean different things to everybody. Only recently did he tell what the song was actually written about, but he still wants it to mean something special and personal to everyone who hears it! Great job! :D

i wanna thank the makers of this video this hits home my ex gf was ma at me bc i couldnt come up to see her on her birthday bc of school and work and she went for a drive and was hit by a trucker....... i can honestly say the words and actions in this video hit like a brick i would give the world to have ehr in my arms again looking into my eyes and someday we will but thank you to those kids who made this thank you very much

I like it, at first i didn't realize that there were two couples, (i was listening mostly to the music at first) than i noticed that the girl had changed. Figured it out when it ended and you showed the couples together and such. Good Job :) I want to make a music video with this song, but for what i have in mind, i really don't have the technology to make it. I'll just imagine it :)

@totallyrandom207 At the concert he said that it was about a young teenage couple, and the girl got pregnant so got an abortion and felt terrible about it so they went to the school counciler and he said treat it like a loss on the family so they named the baby and got her a head stone. It was an amazing story when he told it, then he sang the song and I think everyone cried!
ever since i first heard this song when i got their cd i cried not only because it is a song but it really hit home because now i see that it would really mess up my friends if i commited suicide... though i still think about it i have my friend jesus who i hope will one day be mine i tell him everything but the point is that this song is a beautiful one and you did an awesome job with the video

Do you know why this song was really written?
This Song was written about a very young couple that found out that they were expecting. they got very scared and had an abortion. they felt better when it was done. weeks later they started to feel ashamed so they went and saw a therapist and the therapist said that they should treat it like a real death. They Named her Lucy, and even got her a head stone.

My grandpa newton has brain cancer and he cant hardly get out of bed
And i don't hardly know him but that is what hurts me the most is that id know him very well :****(.
And the second thing is that we had seven dogs and we had to get rid of all of them and when the puppies got under the covers and she got smothered to death :**( RIP chelsey
