- We partnered with Walmart on this #BehindTheBraids vlog to show you some of our fun CGH family Christmas traditions. Come along with us as we decorate our Christmas tree, wrap some presents for a family in need, and decorate cookies together as a family! #WinningHolidays
Some of our favorite December traditions include a home-made advent calendar full of holiday activities for each day of the month, ribbons on the tree, and Santa and elf hats! We also feel it is important to give back, so something we do every year is finding a family and giving them Christmas presents that they desperately need. Anonymous gifting is a highly-rewarding way to spread cheer as a family or individual, and we guarantee that you'll feel so much joy in making a family's holidays that much brighter!

Finally, our Christmas cookie decorating was especially fantastic this year! How many of you would like to decorate cookies with us??? We decorated cookies in the shape of ornaments, trees, snowmen, reindeer... you name it! Then we delivered the cookies to a few neighbors in our neighborhood, to show them how much we appreciate them.

Do you ever watch the family in need come out and get to see the expression on their faces when they see the gifts, because to me that is the best sight and feeling knowing that you put that expression on someone's face.
Our family has eight people too and one of the traditions we do is we open a new pair of pjs on Christmas Eve. It's super fun!

My favorite Christmas memory was 5 years ago. My family and I stayed at home. My sister and I were sliding down the stairs with bed mattresses and we spent a week watching Disney movies :) Awesome video, BTW!

Sure it might be fun, but they already film this, their hairstyle vids, edit, and have school, activities, business trips the success of these videos bring, etc I don't see where they find time to do what they do--and with a big family.

I love all of your family traditions. Thank you for sharing them with us. I really think it's awesome how you and your entire family gives to those who are less fortunate, and that everyone has a part in choosing the gift and wrapping the gift. That way they feel like they're giving a part of themselves. What great memories you are creating for them; both the gift giving to a less fortunate family, and spending time as a family decorating the tree, the cookies, etc.

Guys. I guess I'm the number 1 fan😂 because a couple weeks ago I fell off a merry go round and had to get 7 stichs above my eye. ( you can check that out on my musically @molly_noelle23) I watched you guys while getting stichs on my eye they let me watch I guys because I was so tense. I was really freaked out because I had gotten stichs before and they didn't numb me at all. My family jokes because now I've broken an iPad iPod and I brow lol love you guys

One of my favourite traditions in my family is we each get a gift box on Christmas eve in the afternoon, normally filled with Christmas snacks and films and new pjs. Then, we go to our local charity service in the evening with a box each filled with stuff children in developing countries (Poorer countries) would like.

We have an Advendcalendar in Germany aswell but like literally everyone has one, every year. Thats like a german tradition over here :-) most advendcalendars are filled with chocolate 😇😍🙌🏼
