Continuing on with our Christmas advent calendar, yesterday's activity was to make our favorite holiday treat! Muddy Buddies (aka Puppy Chow)! We show you how to make them in this Vlogmas Day 5 video!
Muddy Buddies are made from Chex cereal, chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. The treat recipe is quite simple, and you can find it anywhere on the internet. I also give you all the instructions in the vlog. Families often make and gift bags of it as presents for neighbors during the Christmas holidays.

Easier way:
Bowl
Chex mix
Chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
Take Chex mix in bowl the melt chocolate chips for 1 min or until melted after put in on Chex mix and continue there steps
Peppermint bark. It's like candy canes smashed up, and dumped in melted chocolate then baked and cooled until you have a solid sheet of chocolate with Peppermint.

An easier way to mix the powder sugar is to put it in a larger then put the mix in and mix it together

Just a tip for making Muddy Buddies simpler and easier-- instead of pouring the Chex into the bags to mix the powdered sugar, we just invest in a bowl with a lid! We pour the powdered sugar into the bowl, snap the lid on, and shake the bowl like there is no tomorrow! It evenly coats the Chex with powdered sugar AND it's mess free

An easier way to make puppy chow is to make it in a big paper bag so you can make more puppy chow and avoid spilling it while transferring it from the bowl to the bag to mix. Btw I love your videos and puppy chow is amazing!! Luv you!!! ❤❤❤
We do it the same way except we put the powder sugar in a clean trash bag and shake it it works pretty well

We call it puppy chow and it is one of my favorite treats ever!! When mixing in the powder sugar, try putting it in a paper bag. That might work better😊

muddy buddy's are great I do a little add of mini m&m's or red and green for Christmas. you add the candy after you put it in the bowl.

I like puppy chow that way too but you should try doing it where you substitute TYR peanut butter with Nutella! That's how I make it and it tastes so amazing!!!!!

The Angel Skater egg nog is a holiday drink made with beaten eggs, cream, nutmeg, vanilla & cinnamon. It’s thicker than milk obviously & has a lot of calories plus it’s quite sweet. So in America we could buy it or make it. Normally it’s made with alcohol such as rum. I like to thin it out with unsweetened almond milk. It’s a little too thick, creamy & sweet for my taste but it’s still really good. In America you can only find it from about November to after the new year. After that it’s gone unless you make it at home.

next time if you put the sugar and cereal in a white garbage bag you can mix them in there and you don't have to try to get it poured into the zip lock bag
