obviously too late to comment on this, but general rule of souls game(i guess not including sekiro) level up first hp then stamina, it is good to learn how to manage stamina while yo u have little. str dex stuff only for minimum requirement for the weapon(str goes up 1.5times when you two hand them), and main damage comes from weapon upgrades. weapon upgrades gives you the most damage boost. so basically lvl up hp till 40 stats, lvl up stamina till 25stats, and rest upgrade weapons(usually they provide enough material for each area fits your upgrades), then you can add stuff to other stats.

Objectively speaking the hardest dark souls is dark souls 2 but for reasons completely different to what you may think becka, just watch some videos discussing dark souls 2 and why it is so bad and divisive among the community.
Now leaving this topic aside I can't wait to see you play bloodborne and lies of p in the future! If you wanna know what's the hardest souls game that from software has made objectively speaking that is bloodborne, but everyone has a different experience and it is going to be interesting seeing you and how do you feel bloodborne once you get to play it, oh and then there's lies of p, and the only thing I can say once you play as Pinocchio is...... Remember everything that the games of from software have taught you because you are going to need them a LOT and more in lies of p hahaha 😂😅

I‘m gonna start Dark Soul 2 this week on stream so I’ll see. I’ve heard so many different opinions, I’m excited but also slightly intimidated ngl.
Probably gonna get to lies of p after DS2. I already played the demo and I enjoyed it A LOT. Super excited to get to it and also bloodborne, I have a feeling I will like those two a lot.

@@beckachuu then I better make some space on my schedule to see you play dark souls 2 for the first time, just one tip from a souls veteran like me. Be careful and be ready for the invisible frame rates and s on dark souls 2, because you may be teleported on so many attacks of your enemies even when you roll to avoid them 😐
Anyway good luck and I will be waiting anxiously to see you play it this week.

@@eliasfigarzon9813 aw thanks for the tip. One reason why I wanna play it before lies of p is cause I’ve been told it‘s pretty janky. So I wanna play it before I get to newer games cause adjusting from elden ring and sekiro to dark souls 1 was already a challenge lol

@@beckachuu i complained about ds 2 early on when i was playing but i quickly got over it. i ended up loving it and speedrunning it and doing the pvp arenas. the one thing i can say why alot of people hate it is 1) uninspired art design 2) nonsensical map continuity and not as satisfying as first one 3) enemy placement is obnoxious 4) adaptability stat dictating mechanics of rolls/s...with all that said it grew on me alot at the time and i really appreciate it for what it is. but i will say it has some of the most frustrating boss runs and other gank fests in the game. Shrine of Amana is one of the stupidest areas in all of souls games haha.....things i loved about it is 1) powerstancing weapons 2)weapon variety 3)pvp has some depth to it 4)majula is really nice 5)map design is different from first game but still satisfying to explore and progress through, better than the more linear aspects of ds 3 imo.

They can all be the hardest for various reasons. I personally didn't have a problem with the difficulty in DS2, but Sekiro kicked my ass. Typically tho the first game you play is usually the hardest because you're getting to grips with the mechanics. The knowledge of which carries through to the other games. DS1's difficulty can be mitigated by preperation and patiently putting in the work. I noticed beckachuu's biggest problem here is impatience. Trying to half speedrun through shit, which makes sense since she's used to playing the faster newer games. DS1 is more methodical. On replays tho you'll have the knowledge of when to play fast and loose.
