Sir, very good video with simple fruits available in the market. Pl. Make videos on earliest stool passing. Because it takes me, It doesn't start itself, in the pick hours 8-9 am. It auto start after some time (say 10 mint max) . Also I relax once it completely empty. Cannot myself stop in between, because it comes little size.😢. I have piles problem. Ayurvedic powder is consuming , to make stool soft. Any medicine for timely & short time stool passing pl. Suggest. I want to visit your vashi clinic.
