Cinderella boy, cannonball, na nananana, I've often thought of becoming a golf club.
caddieshack caddie caddy shack in case you are looking for this video and you don't know how to spell.
I'd say 95% of Rodney's lines are just gold. To me.
Scott Minnella - I disagree. the funniest bit is when Bill Murray tries to blow up the rodent. It’s unsurpassable. Just pure genius. Dangerfield is ok but the film is too big for him
Oh , someone step on a duck ?
Rodney made the movie.
Shang Tsung - are you kidding me? get out of here! If it weren’t for gopher and bill Murray nobody would remember it
I saw Rodney Dangerfield live three times. He was great!
There is no such thing as "best Caddyshack quotes"... you'd have to watch the whole movie because every second of it rocks. Best, most perfect comedy ever made.
Next to Blazing Saddles.
Never ever forgot, "You'll get nothing and like it!"
Agreed
Every second? Lol..Beyond ridiculous
I’ll give ya asthma!😂😅
If I had a nickel for every time my dad said any of these quotes during my childhood I could end world hunger
L Duke99 me tooo
L Duke99 o my god so happy you said that. my dad passed but this was are favorite movie. he got his DVD covered signed by Bill Murray in memphis Tennessee
Lmao same!
L Duke99 - Whats the best golf movie ever made? "Caddy Shack" What's the worst golf movie ever made? "Caddy Shack 2"
hey i heard there was a pretty sick watermelon comment on this vid
That's the best line, "you must have really been something before electricity"
i use that line all the fucking time...
Casimir - "Hey honey you wanna make 14 dollars the hard way " ??
“Now I know why tigers eat their young.”
Dangerfield definitely improvised all of that too
jr132 I think a lot of his lines were improvised along with his animated reactions that followed. Very Colorful Comedian
To think that this movie and Airplane both came out in July 1980. What a great summer for movies.
"This place is restricted Wang, so dont tell them you're Jewish..."
Gold
Was this really a line in caddyshack? If so, I missed it! Noonan! Danny! MISSED IT! Noonan😂😅❤
Ok, fine!
“ This steak still has marks where the jockey was hitting it” hahaha
Hey you want to make 14 dollars an hour the hard way? Great writing back then I’m 65 still loving this movie
God bless Harold Ramis for making this film.
"You will get nothing and like it" I seem to be hearing these words again lately
Murray was all ad lib..genius..cast is all perfect..a friggin classic..
"You'll get nothing, and like it!"
So many of Chevy Chase's lines in this are golden but the delivery on "What brings you to this nape of the woods, neck of the nape... how come you're here?" probably makes it my favourite.
I like you, Betty.
Perhaps, being a long time Looper at whistling straits, I did use the your honor, your honor one liner with a federal judge, he wasn't amused. I was😂😂😂
When Chevy says " I feel like a hundred dollars"
@@donduggan798I say that all the time, but most people don't get it.
One of my favorite lines from Caddyshack...
"Spackler!!! Damn your eyes man!!
I told you to cut the long grass on the 13th hole & The practice green!"
"I was unavoidably detained."
"Well you can forget about the 13th & The practice green, I've got a more important job for you...I want you to kill every gopher on the course."
"Correct me if I'm wrong Sandy...but if I kill every golfer, they're gonna lock me up & throw away the key."
"GOPHERS!!! GOOD GREIF!!! KILL NOT GOLFERS!!! THE LITTLE BROWN FURRY RODENTS!!!
"We can do that, we don't even have to have a reason."
"WELL THEN DO IT MAN!!"
"Alright well let's do the same thing but with gophers."
"DAMN IT MAN!!!"
"It's not my fault no one can understand what you're saying."
Hahaha...I always wondered what he said to Carl about the gophers not golfers. That Scottish accent kicked in hard!!! LOL
"I'll slack you off, you fuzzy little foreigner! I'll fill your bagpipes full of wheatina!"
Fukin brilliant
The whole movie is great.
Eki Rasche , good movies still exist
That's two hours of laughing ur ass off
@@pablos2733They do? U mean new movies? Made after, about, 2022? Which ones? Please share this great news 😊❤
“So what brings you to this nape of the woods, neck of the wape.....how come you’re here...”
rjonzen34 “What’s that lump in your pants, Danny”?
I'm not the biggest Chevy Chase fan but he was great in this.
Rodney Dangerfield at his best, Bill Murray at his craziest
I wish that line from Bill Murray "hey, if you want to get weird with somebody, I'm your man" was in this. That was definitely a joke within a joke right there.
You know the interviews on the making of the show. They all where high and messed up the entire shooting of the show, lol
"I like you, Betty!"
"That's Danny, sir!"
I've sent people younger than you to the electric chair..... Didn't want to. But I..... owed it to them.
Cory “What’s that lump in your pants, Danny”?
4:09 “Hey you scratched my anchor!” 😂 😂 Rodney Dangerfield you are my new favorite!
One of the best movies ever made. I can’t remember wtf I did last week but remember almost every line in this movie. Thank you!!
When Bill Murray dies, he needs to have “It’s In The Hole!” engraved on his headstone.
Or "TOTAL CONCIOUSNESS "
@@RaoulDukeSr He's got THAT goin' for him...
@@ranger5281 you sound like a disciple of the Dali Lama 🤝
Rodney Dangerfield's tombstone reads:
"There Goes The Neighborhood".
"Its easy to grin, when your ship comes in & you've got the stock market beat. But its the man whose worthwhile who can sit with a smile, when his shorts are too tight in the seat" Ted Knight
Bark like a dog…
4 comic giants. Dangerfield, Chase, Murray and Knight-(who stole Mary Tyler Moore's show each and every week).
Never should have made Caddy Shack 2 without Bill Murray!
Carrots43 They should have never made another one PERIOD!!!!.
Didn’t even know there was a second.
Urban Gamer Brigade good
Day55 that truth was little different???.
Or Rodney
One of the many great Harold Ramis movies.
He called me a BABOON...
HE THINKS I'M HIS WIFE!!!
Left out, "Did ya hear the one about the Jew, the Catholic and the colored boy who went to Heaven?"
"ha ha ha, that's a doozy, judge!"
"Colored boy? Why you ............."
All Rodney's quotes, Chevy's Zen skit, & Bill's 'Cinderella Story" are the best quotes of the movie.
@ 2:38..Classic!! The whole movie was great! 1980, I was 17..."it was a very good year!"
Gonna use at least 3 of these when I hit the course today
LOVE THE INTERACTION BETWEEN BILL MURRAY AND CHEVY CHASE. BILL HEY WHERE YOU LIVE THERES A POOL RIGHT?? YES. A POOL. ACTUALLY A POOL AND A POND TOO. NATURAL SPRINGS FOR YOU❤😂🎉
I heard that those two did not get along AT ALL.
get a free bowl of soup with a hat like that.
It looks good on you though.
But you have to make sure you slightly raise your leg and bend your knee.
Ross Morrison “What’s that lump in your pants, Danny”?
Former greenskeeper about to become master's champion, ohhhhhhh he got all of that one!
I still somehow watch this every year or so. I love bringing back some of this classic original comedy people forgot about. I could walk in the bar and say a line and my generation has no clue and thinks it's original. Granted I always tell them they missed out on the joke.
My parents let me watch this at a very young age. I’m old now- and I’m still just getting the jokes. Timeless comedy- just keep s giving!!!!
If you watched this as a little girl when it came out, you’re still young
Mine to. They let me watch Friday the 13th, halloween and nightmare on elm Street. They even let me and my brother watch IT when it aired on tv lol.
You'll get nothing and like it.... classic!
HEY EVERYBODY WERE ALL GONNA GET LAID!
Best last line of any movie ever. Fuck you Casablanca
Cinderella story…it’s in the hole! That still comes up when we golf.
I've never played a round of golf without hearing or saying a line from Caddyshack.
Missed “ I don’t think the heavy stuff is coming in for awhile “
July, 2024
Just what I needed and didn’t ask for!
🎉🎉
I have a groundhog tunneling under my front porch, I gave up trying to get rid of em. Cute bugger.,,..I trained him for security duty. He has friends.....in low places......a lot of em....!!!!
Ted Knight was somehow the funniest IMHO.....and this film had Bill Murray,Chevy Chase and Rodney Dangerfield in it
“Hey, Sabu. You know how to make a bullshot?”
You know how to make a shoe SMELL?
“Hey you’re real funny there. Why don’t you get yourself a real haircut”
Best line - Carl Spackler to Sandy, the head greenskeeper: "I'll slack you off, you fuzzy little foreigner; I will fill your bagpipes with Wheatena". I just lose my shit at the Wheatena reference.
Dad -"How many Coke's?"
Danny - "Four or five."
Dad - "What are you? A diabetic?!"
That's one of those jokes that's funny even though it's incorrect. It should be "What are you? Hypoglycemic?" But Diabetic sounds funnier.
"We got a pond, a pond and a pool, a pond would be good for you"
In the top ten of greatest movies of all time.
Bill Murray and Rodney Dangerfield are the best things about Caddyshack.
This is one of the the greatest movies in history.
I'm going to be buried in the suit Rodney wore at the dinner scene
Best movie of ALL time! Maybe I say that because it came out when I was 17, but I still believe it.
Don’t forget about “the Jerk”! I absolutely love both, but I think I’d have to vote the jerk as my fave between the 2 comedies..but luckily, our world will never be crazy enuf 2ever require any of us having 2 choose between these 2 winners…& hopefully soon, we won’t instead have 2 keep voting between “the best losers.”😂(Jk! Lol) anyhoo…Tombstone is 1 of my fave 90s non-comedies. No country 4 old men wins 4 post 2000s films I adore. Just sayin’/sharin’!😊❤
Beyond the greatest movie ever ! The most perfectly cast movie in history.
Going to school & Playin hockey up in Boston in the early 90s... All Living in an Old house up on Mission Hill.. Equipment, Sticks, Pucks Pizza Boxes and kegs everywhere AND 3 movies were always in constant rotation back then Caddy Shack, The Blues Brothers & Slap Shot..So many classic lines & scenes in those movies and I remember every one of em... Thanks for posting, really put a smile on my face this morning, thinking bout some of the Best people, Best Players And some of the best times of my life!!!!.. 26 yrs ago Dear God!!!

phatmemes “What’s that lump in your pants, Danny”?
Danny! "See your future, be your future".
“Your honor, your honor” then the look on his face lollllllllllll
The Greatest Movie Of All Time. Period.
Hear! Hear!!
I chipped in from about 120/130 a few weeks ago and screamed "it looks like a mirac! its in the hole!! ITS IN THE HOLE!!" and got the weirdest looks from everybody xD
From 120 130 yards you are not hitting a chip.
Caddyshack is a gem. It's still as funny today as when it premiered. I saw this and then Young Frankenstein. Two of the funniest movies ever made with truly talented actors. Is there anything recently made which compares? I dunno
Possibly Animal House? Both brilliant movies, the likes of which would never be made today. It's all CGI these days.
You guy’s are both right they don’t make movies like they used to
You’re both right. I can think of a few that come close. Trading Places, Stripes, Ghostbusters, Tommy Boy, Dumb and Dumber, There’s Something about Mary, The Big Lebowski, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Superbad, The first Hangover movie. Even some of the stupid Adam Sandler movies had their moments lol.
But I can’t think of anything funny recent last 15-20 years.
Clerks.
Me and my roommates in college had Caddyshack playing in our kitchen on a loop for 3 months straight!!! Epically good!
thanks for the memories. I love Harold.
RIP to Doug Kenney, the best comedy writer of all time!
Me: *turns up volume at work*
Dangerfield: HEY EVERYBODY! WE'RE ALL GONNA GET LAID!
"HEY WHITEY! WHERE'S YOUR HAT!?"
On a golf course somewhere in this world. Somebody is quoting this movie right now.
The beauty of working at a golf course for the grounds crew and the pro shop, it’s almost impossible not to reenact some of the scenes from this movie 😂😂
"You know, I've often thought of becoming a golf club."
- Motormouth
“ Newcomer, from nowhere. Cinderella man about to become the masters champion.” Use it in sports all the time.😂
Fuzzy little foreigner always gets me
I always wondered what the judges wife had to do to make " 14 dollars the hard way".
This should give you some idea!!! ruclips.net/video/zOiRCcJOYnI/видео.html
Well this was back in the day, but Rodney seems like a pretty hip cat, so probably eat ass.
@@toddinthemiddle lol you're probably right, but honestly I just wanted to make an ass eating joke.
A comedy masterpiece. Hardly ever a slow or unfunny moment.
My fav quote, "wait up girls I have a salami I have to hide" LMAO!!
The Rams drafted a QB this year, except the called him "Goff"
How did that work out
"Why don't you come on in and help me sort my holy cards first?"
"That girl. Listen, I'd put that idea right out of your mind. She's been plucked more times than the Rose of Tralee."
... and the ever popular: "DOODY!"
"Hey everybody, we're all gonna get laid!" LMAO (It's still funny after watching it 5 times)
The entire Dalai Lama speech should have been included, not just the end. It really has to be appreciated on the whole context.
"You're crazy!"
"Aww that's what they said about Son of Sam. "
You'll get nothing and like it lol that line has come in handy in my life
"Rocky. Moose. Help the judge find his checkbook." -Rodney Dangerfield
"Go(l)fers. Kill the go(l)fers!" -Head Greenskeeper
"Kill the golfers? Wouldn't that be bad for business?" -Bill Murray
Left out Chevy at the piano - "I was born to love you...I was born to lick your face...".
"YOUR HONOR. YOUR HONOR" WITH A HUGE SMIRK. LOVE THE MANAGER OF THE CADDIES.❤😂🎉
This movie would never get made today.
Ditto Animal House.
When this came out in the summer of 1980, I had just finished my freshman year in high school.
So, what job did I have?
Yup, caddy at Lochmoor Club in GP.
All these guys at their prime. Dangerfield kills me.
Happy 42nd Anniversary Caddyshack !!
You wanna make 14 dollars the hard way!! Gold, pure gold!!!
Come on....bark like a dog for me!!!! Bahaaaaaa! Kills me every time
1980. 43 years ago. Where were you in 1980, besides watching this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello? Anybody home? Mr. Gopher? It's me, Mr. Squirrel, just a harmless squirrel, not a plastic explosive, or anything.
I say most all of them to this day at some point in time during the year.
Who else started dancing at the scene at 2:00 lol
The man's a menace!!
Me!!! I stared singing too even though they didn't get to the part of the song were there are lyrics.
This movie is still so true I work at a country club I started this week. As a golfer it's great the club allows us working stiffs to play on Mondays we close the course
“ goffers!! Not golfers !! “
“ we can do that, we don’t even need a reason “ 🤣🤣
Fans truly enjoy classic hits film movies.
My father used to quote this movie all the time haha
This is a very good movie to watch at anytime
Glad you included the often overlooked "Oh Danny... this isn't Russia.....is this Russia?...this isn't Russia, is it?"
This unknown comes out of nowhere... ahh I love this scene
“What you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup”
"We just property behind the Great Wall...... on the good side!"
