Fixed Terrasic DE1 Control Panel non working issue by using Altera bin2flash and nios2-flash-programmer from NIOSII EDS

Hey Andrey. What version of EDS did you use? I have the Control Panel working on one PC but not on the other.

Paul Land, Hi, I believe it was Quartus 13.0sp1 under windows 7- the latest software with cyclone II support, starting with 13.1 they dropped Cyclone II

Do you know of any restrictions with bin2flash? When I try it (bin2flash --input=in.bin --output=out.flash --location=0x6000000 --verbose), it doesn't generate the file.
Not sure if altera flash files are the exact same as the srec format.. but if it is, do you recommend another binary to flash/srec converter?
