      @@javiergilvidal1558 Cool it, bruh. Expressing yourself that way will only keep you trapped in whatever difficult circumstances you have found yourself in. She seems like a nice girl, and she's capable of appreciating this incomparably beautiful piece of music. There is nothing wrong with reflecting on the cycles of nature and the seasons. If she has not found Christ then maybe she will one of these Good Fridays. Sinners plunged our civilization into the tragedy that it's in today, not just "scientists". Many of those sinners are ostensibly Christians whose hearts are filled with all kinds of evil. Wagner was far from the ideal Christian for that matter, but I think some of his music can definitely help elevate the soul to a higher awareness of what really matters.

      The genius of Wagner's music is reborn in every generation. Just as Wagner's compositions continued to evolve throughout his lifetime, current day musicians and composers also grow into his music and continue to change themselves as they age.

    This part 3:14-3:47 is perhaps the main reason I listen to this piece over and over again. That portion of this work moves my emotions in an indecipherable way. I adore Richard Wagner and all of his masterworks. But my personal favorite Opera of his vast oeuvre is none other than Parsifal.

    • @Wissensmeer
      @Wissensmeer Год назад +3

      Yes, this part describes a sinking into a gloomy mood. It signals the fall into one's own being. Provokes reflection with one's own self. The plucked double basses describe a lingering in the depths, a grounding in one's own forlornness.

    The "Good Friday Magic" to me is an example of Wagner's generosity, because he takes a break from the story to show us the sublime beauty and wonder of the cosmos. I think "Parsifal" contains some of the most beautiful music ever written, and "Karfreitagzauber" contains some of the most beautiful music of the entire music drama. Thank you Moltovivace for posting this! You made it possible for us to have a glimpse of the sublime.

      Wagner caminhou atraves de muitos mitos compondo cenas musicais cheias de cores e dramaticos perfumes. Percorreu todas as nuances , desde o deslisar suave dos violinos acariciando a pelo como uma brisa ate o trovoes de dezenas de Posaune abalando e esrarrecendo a alma ate a medula dos ossos. Catartico.
