Moving on, you are correct, she has power over the sun, in that she makes it rise and set. All pony princesses have the wings and the horn. Now, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are sisters. Celestia is the more demure of the two. Luna is the louder. Luna is, also, the one that controls the moon. At the beginning of the series, Celestia has the power of the sun and the moon, since she has to exile Luna to the moon, after Luna became Nightmare Moon, and tried to take Celestia's power in order to make it so that the sun never rose, again. She did this, because she was jealous that the citizens were only active when Celestia was awake, and they were all asleep when Luna was awake. Needless to say, Luna escaped, and they were saved by the magic of friendship. As for the statue, yeah, I think her pale skin is due to the color of her fur as a pony. They definitely could have done better attaching the hair, though. Overall, though, it's not too bad. Besides the Princess Luna statue, I think an actual Nightmare Moon statue could be interesting, as well as the queen of the changelings. I think, if they do another, it might be Princess Cadence, who they could make regular or a crystal type.
