I figure you can't hold on to the paraglider without that thing. But it does look strange.
It's to minimize the drag created by the guys body. A lot of people just paraglide without it.

How export your videos in go pro studio?
well after youve have finished editing press the third part where should have export, choose the form you want to play it with good quality ( i often choose youtube cause i propably share it there). The when you have saved it, get to youtube go to your profile and so on

I am sorry, my wife and I along with my mother in law, we did this nine years ago and it turned into a nightmare. Ended up in the ER. If you guys ever go to Rio, be careful with this excursion.

Prices for training vary wildly depending on the part of the world you learn in. Like from $300 to $2K. The gear si not expensive considering it gives you possibility to fly independently.

why don't they show the favelas when they are flying over and all the other poverty stricken parts of rio....
This place, like a huge part of brazil, has big forrests,nature,animals, so beatiful that you´ll be surprised, favelas exist for sure, but is not near from the flies they do. This place in rio is one of the most famous cause of the view of beaches, the forrest, mountais and islands while you are flying around
I was just at this location. It's a very rich part of Rio. From above you can't really see any of the Favelas because this area is cut off by the mountains.
Flavio Passos with your name you must be brasilia and for you not to realize whats going on here is sad... I'm sick of them showing the few nice spots of brazil...or rio to be specific.... more then half of rio is beyond poor... they allways show the nice beaches beautiful mountains and the jesus statue....but they will never show the huge walls that separate the highway to the favelas so nobody coming in to brazil has to see that when they travel threw rio... they don't show the human waste rivers going into the atlantic ocean...miles right near copagbana beach... they don't show you the poverty disease infested streets...the no schools the kids playing soccer on roof tops....group of kids robbing tourist cause that all they know since govterment forgets about the people in the favelas.... this why the should.....instead of hiding it by showing people paragliding over the smallest and most popular tourist spot of rio.... why don't they show what rio really is
grand dini I understand there is a serious struggle in Rio. When I was there, it was quite clear that everything wasn't as beautiful and perfect as tv makes it seem. No where is. But what I can say for certainty is that Brazil IS beautiful. The people, the land, the vibe, and culture is a relief from where I am from. If Brazil did stress the poverty and disease there you would lose a huge chunk of tourism, and trust me you don't want the rest of the world to look down on Brazil as a place not worth traveling too. People are already concerned about the Zika virus. You WANT tourist to come and spend money in you country. How would Brazil benefit from showing the world how "rio really is"?
Tay Tay ok all the tourist money goes to a vary small few and nothing goes back to communities only the tourist parts the maintain barley.... soo regardless telling the world or not telling the world the shit hole it became doesn't make a difference in money...tourism is on a decline and the past 4 years its been its highest its been in a while do to the world cup and olympics....sad even with world cups tourist they still didn't fix anything and provenly got worse...the benefits of exposing is they or you and all of us stop hiding the true facts and ask for outside help and with in to clean out all that needs to be cleansed....
