To maintain healthy skin, here's what worked for me: In the morning, start by properly cleansing your face. Use mild gentle face wash only like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Avoid overwashing your face. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.
The important thing I value about this rice berry face cleanser is its gentle nature. It thoroughly washes my face without stripping away essential moisture, resulting in my skin being clean and revitalised. You can use multani miti mix with curd and 1 table spoon of Mustard oil and add a pinch of salt. It is a really good natural cleanser for hair. If it is not suitable for you then you can make shampoo with amka ritha shikakai just soak them in water and apply directly. If you can't do this just buy natural shampoo by checking its ingredients according to your hair type.

Soaps are also made up of alkaline so it is ok that we are using face wash whose ph is 8.5 or 9

Firstly dilute ot with water and then take a pH test. Because, we shouldn't apply facewash directly on our face. Dilute it first and then apply it. This is the correct way to take a pH test.

Idk about these pH values but tbh since a very long time I've been using Garnier's face wash. And I genuinely have seen good results of it. I used to had some black spots on my face. But since the day I am using it they all have disappeared.
So, If someone is going through this video I just want to say when we were kids we weren't trying or testing everything out. So, just live naturally and I don't know abt other face wash but I've used many face wash like Lakme, himalya, clean &clear, ponds etc but Garnier is best till date guys❤️ (lemon one is the best but I've tried aloe Vera one too) it's also good. 💯Don't get confused by seeing such videos just use whatever you feel is good for you and your skin. Afterall we all are different & unique. And if someone is really that sensitive when it comes to skin related products then they should consult a skin doctor & ask them about some good face wash.
You are right at your place we all are different and unique but pH do matters a lot for our skin if you keep using it in long term it may be so much harmful for your skin 👀❤️but that's great it suits you because you are using it from so long

They too are living a life. And you know what I've a sensitive skin+ oily skin. But garnier suits me. And trust me agar aise niklenge har cheez ka test krne ke liye bro kch bhi nhi sahi h market mein. "Kuch bhi nahi" toh aise kya koi yahi sab test krte firega? Whether it's a skin product or it's a regular eatable thing. You can only then rely on natural products. And yes, I use natural aloe vera too for my skin. It's good. The msg I want to spread is just simple. Just Live naturally - jaise har ek insaan jeeta tha jab social media nahi hota tha. Par agar aapko kch nhi suit kr ra then definitely change it. And my advice is consult a skin doc. . He will give best products. But pls don't rely on every such video which uh saw on social media because trust me nowadays kch bhi nhi natural h Market mein.
Skin products choro khane ki cheeze hi dekhlo. Fast foods kitna zyada harm karte h. Especially, breads. Doctor has suggested my mom to avoid it. And she doesn't eat it much. But kya koi ye sab avoid krta h. Har koi fast food khata hai.

Glow and lovely wala jo face wash tha...i used that...and after using that i always ended up having dried skin....there were some dried white spots on my face....i used various moisturizes for moisturizing skin....but whenever i applied that face wash it turned my skin like it was dried....so then i immediately stopped the use of that face wash....and after that my skin wasnt dried at all....and today i am seeing this video..
