How to make paper OWL 🦉| Best out of waste | DIY Toilet paper roll crafts

In this video I'm making another Owl. I love owls and I think it's not the last one. The method I'm using this time is similar to my previous I used on owl Alfred. By the way this one's name is Angela! She is inspired by the northern saw-whet owl. This time I even didn't used paint just some markers.
