If they get past the defender and keeper bails the defender out then it should be a rerun but if the defender is right there and it’s an easy save and the defender made a decent effort it should be a point. Otherwise everyone would just be firing the ball

My suggestion is if a player gets a shot on target that should count as a point and if they get a goal in then 2 points. The only way a defender gets a point is if they actually stop the shot or force the attacker to make an off-target shot. Like if you agree.
Kinda understand ur point but as a defender minimizing the shot angle for the attacker so it’s easier to save it’s a skill so when the keeper saves it the defender deserves a point. Also u can just chip the defender from the start and the shot is on target and it’s easy points don’t even have to try beat the defender, so there’s loopholes to ur idea.
