Your gentle instructions paired with this array of captivating triggers with their varying intensities and colours were perfect when it came to helping me to relax and slide towards to the ‘snooze zone’ this evening. Throughout this experience, the lights acted as amazing triggers, once again unleashing my inner moth. The eye mask turned out to be the perfect diffuser for the vibrant lights, creating a captivating kaleidoscope effect that was truly spellbinding. Without a doubt, the highlight / favourite for me was your stunning light bar. The way it moved and changed colours in the low light really drew me in, creating a soothing atmosphere that enveloped me. The sounds from the gloves paired beautifully with the light bar, and soon enough, I was feeling tingles dancing on my scalp. The ‘non-light’ triggers were a fantastic addition that blended perfectly with the lights. I loved seeing the ‘claws’ make a return, but the satisfying sound of the pen light against the tongue depressor was what really made my senses tingle. This evening's content was such a pleasure to watch! It allowed me to take a deep dive into the benefits of one of my favourite visual triggers, and I enjoyed every moment.
