The loose series by REH featuring Conrad and Kirowan has always fascinatied me. I wish he'd written more because I always found them vastly superior to the plodding scribblings of Lovecraft.
Big Lovecraft fan, Just got into Howards stuff by proxy. I dig Conan alot, but I'm finding Roberts more modern tales to be my favorite. His western/horror stories are my favorite, But K&C and Solomon Kain have to be close seconds for me. REH knows how to write a good hero . I'm 47, and I really wish I'd have not turned my nose up at these stories when I was 13 lol
