Wow, Timothy, what a view there, in Algarve! Thanks for "taking" us there! I would definitely ran daily there too! hehe Beautiful city, Farragudo, a lot of stairs there! Good luck at the Lavaredo, mate! 🍀
my dawgg. glad you doing good. stay safe out there. 🤘🔥 congrats on the trainers family.
Beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful area and best of luck on your up and coming races!
Those trails were really nice. Thanks for showing us around. I very rarely travel abroad but a few years ago went to the Algarve. Lovely place.
Would you think the Lone Peak would be a good choice for long trail runs in mixed weather in the UK?
I think the LP is great for fast hiking or trail runs that requires long stretches of speedhiking, but as soon as you want to pick up the pace, they feel like flat tires. I personally prefer the Timp over the LP.
Lovely video. Those cliffs look tight. I hope you had a good holiday and glad to hear you a COVID clear. 💪
Nice place to run … hope the potential PF clears up fast…
Looks like a beautiful place TD. I’ve always wanted to check out the Algarve. If you have lost 3 or 4 weeks of training, I would even consider having just one week of taper. How is your glute strength? I’ve heard a lot of running related injuries stem from weak glutes which then effect the rest of the chain down to tight calves which then lead to Achilles or plantar issues.
