    Is this a workout I should do everyday or every other day?

      I would recommend every day to give your muscles time to recover and build. I suggest leg training 2-3x per week and upper body 2-3x per week. Check out my prenatal playlists for more!

      Yes, in April! I recorded a lot of prenatal content that I will continue to release for a few more months. Then I will do more postpartum content!
