If you've ever heard of Payday: The Heist and Payday 2, or the more recent Raid: World War 2, Overkill are the company that made those. Their cinematics are usually pretty damn good, this trailer's no exception. But as for gameplay, it'll probably look really good just not quite cinematic level. TWD was initially announced in 2014, so... it's probably nearly done now xD
