Free Apple Watch SCAM - HDFC ERGO & Zopper | India Gets Moving Offer EXPOSED!

So, there was an offer recently from HDFC ERGO and Zopper as part of the India Gets Moving Initiative. The scheme was to give customers a free Apple watch if they walked 15000 steps daily for a year. Initially, the refund was offered to customers for the first month, but now many customers have complained that their refund has been rejected.
A few days back, many of the customers got the mail from HDFC ERGO, which stated the policy had been terminated for them because of invalid steps activity. Despite any proof, HDFC canceled the policy for around 90% of the customers who bought watches in this offer.
As of now, no official statement has been released by HDFC ERGO and Zopper, and this seems to be nothing more than a scam with all the big names involved. Even the Apple resellers like Unicorn, iCrest, Invent, etc., were involved in this.
