- Hello and welcome to my latest video of Trains At.
On July 1st I returned back to my Evening filming as Summer is now among us and get dark later. So I returned back to one of my local home patch ( Fareham ). Well sort of I live in Gosport which is in between Portsmouth & Fareham, so it’s a hop on E1 or E2 bus which takes me 30 minutes to get there. To keep it nice and short, quite a bit as change. Firstly Southern are using Gatwick Express Unit 387, as introduction of their new timetable. Southampton - Victoria services as been axed and it’s now Southampton - Brighton services running 30 minutes. Victoria trains now all goes to Portsmouth Harbour again every 30 minutes. Station itself is decent, always like the view towards Southampton & Botly line, the view towards Portsmouth is pretty good with the overhead bridge and curve line.
Facility is good, you have Coffee House that is situated on Platform 3 next to Entrance and exit and the booking hall.
Some pretty good train services stopping at this station, you got SWR Desiros 450 & 444, Southern Electrostar 377 & 387, GWR 158 & 166 / 165.
Overall good station will come back again.

Nice video! Keep detailed like this video in your next videos!
Lovely video, got to come down to the great station
i live right next to this station:]
wish we had a few more trains running through the station, portsmouth harbour to weymouth maybe, really wish we still had the Southampton - London Victoria service, don't get me wrong i'm glad we got two brighton trains
And also some 387s that has added to level of excitement. Fareham is decent, with some fair good train services on show. Would be nice to have Portsmouth - Bournemouth & Weymouth direct, but highly doubt SWR will do that as it requires more train units and more money.
