@@berivansalih9350 You’re welcome. That could definitely be the case but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact eufy support. Most routers have both 5 and 2.4 GHz networks. You need to be on the 2.4 band for the Robovac to work. Your internet provider can help split them if needed.
