    Are you going to do tips on geometry nodes?

    Zbrush can do this, but zbrush isnt as good when modeling and choosing points. Like how blender can just click dots and get a shape.

    Such a useful way to work. And FWIW, To an extent this can also be made semi automatically over a complex surface (without having to drag the Move handle) by using the "inflate" sculpt filter, with a mask with some blurring applied. Although the transition won't be as sharp as shown here of course.

    Thank you so much for the video. Can I ask - what settings did you use for sculpting for such a clear mask line?

    at 0:15 what did you press to add the darker colored outline that looks drawn in?

    • @BlenderSecrets
      @BlenderSecrets  2 года назад

      The "dark colored outline" is the mask, which is drawn either by left-clicking or pressing Enter when you're in Curve Stroke Method. Sorry if I didn't explain that properly.

    Very nice. The final smooth can fix all the blocky edges?

    • @BlenderSecrets
      @BlenderSecrets  2 года назад

      Yep. It also doesn’t have to be so blocky, depends on the mask and the resolution of the mesh. Can be quite smooth.

    You're leaving something out. Line Stroke doesn't work. The Dot Stroke doesn't do anything. Nothing fills.
    Thumbs down.

    • @BlenderSecrets
      @BlenderSecrets  2 года назад +1

      Maybe you've got the wrong object active and can't sculpt where you want. Try hovering over the object and pressing Alt+Q to make it active in sculpting. Obviously line stroke and dot stroke do work, we're not all lying to you ;-)
