    Another day, another meal, I just made Numtak bhaklap, looking at your recipe. it turned out to be fluffy & vey tasty. I added 3 pieces of green chilies since I like spicy 🌶 🥵 for my taste.     Its somewhat like similar to "Fini" in Nepal, we prepare it during dashain and tihar festival only.
    We make it out of rice flour, we prepare rice flour dough then fill the rice batter in it and then just prepare same like this but we make three straight cuts
    Maybe we modified our "Fini" from this Numtak phaleb

      Thank you for sharing that. Assuming you're Gurung (correct me if I'm wrong ☺), our cultures share many similarities in food, language, traditions and religion because of our shared Tibetan ancestry. In fact, the the word Gurung, like the word Sherpa, is a Tibetan word 💛
