Most Delicious Chicken Curry Recipe | Miss Mandi Throwdown

This chicken curry is absolutely bussin!
Ingredient List
1/2 kg of chicken breast cubed
1 tbsp of oil
1tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cayenne pepper / paprika
1 tsp of curry powder
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
For the sauce
1 large onion diced
2 tomatoes cubed
1 carrot diced
5 sprigs of Cilantro ( Dania) stems
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsps of garam masala
2 & 1/2 tsps of curry powder
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 heaping tbsp of tomato paste
1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
1 & 1/2 tsp of sugar
1 to 1 & 1/2 cups of vegetable/ chicken stock
2 bay leaves
1 & 1/2 tbsp

You're not alone.....I add carrots to my curry too😉...like two so I can omit the sugar.....I also use coconut cream instead of yoghurt.
