Good question, I dunno how long the stand-by battery would retain the programming. Leave it plugged in somewhere safe then. Unlike other confusing 'digital' timers, this is really easy to re-program if needed. And there's a reset button to clear the programs.
This is a really helpful tutorial.
Very helpful thanks
Wish I had a manual for this one. You can only get the pdf for thr 78. The one pictured is a CP-U191.
What if it loses power? Will it remember the time & programming?
They say to first plug it in to charge the battery, so I assume yes.
if a i have to programs how i change between one or another program
You can switch the programs by pressing the program button, you'll see 1,2,3 etc
I used this for the holidays. Now I want to store it until next year. Do I have to erase the programs or just put it away?
