Seeing as how a majority of the game is building literal communities and clan play and you don't care about building and solo everything... I don't think you're going to have a good time. You should probably stick to Rust.
Just cause the majority (AKA soulless NPC's, idiots, and normies.) do something doesn't mean I have to conform nor does it mean I won't have fun tormenting them.

Also making gameplay that is only zerg-friendly is bad for games. It never ends well. Its cool for a couple weeks when everyone has that blind honeymoon hype, but look at the player count already. 80% population collapse in an incredibly short time. And thats before people are even expected to pay a sub. It will **NEVER** get above its current peak of 11K. They ruined their chance.

Hey Benji, I really like the evolution of your view towards building in Pax Dei. At first you said you hated the realistic ones, but now you're making your walls fancier and saying kudos to those that like building. It seems to me that you enjoy the builds more than you admit yourself ! 😁
Nah, the walls are purely for stability reasons to build to the height cap.

Going to farm enemies for trinkets gets boring as you either do it as a large group and mob them or glitch them solo and act like you totally didn't and the game is great.

By the way, the beauty has a purpose by it self, it doesn't need extra use, just being beautiful is enough. But it's not efficient in the game.

That's the catch right. People can make these great looking plots but, WHY? Can they be raided? Do they pose any game play purpose other than storage and refinement?
I was hoping Pax Dei was going to move the bar but they have landed FAR below it. All their promotional material hints at some sort of epic quest and adventure from devs that say they've worked on all these other MMOs and THIS is the MMO they wanted to create...I call BS!
Question will you review the Aska game? Looks good and i like the spawning NPCs to do a bunch of work for that afk grind.
Not enough players. Search counts are kinda there but unless the devs give me the game and the player count shoots up that's sadly a no.
i have 230 hours and have t3 gear/tools magic armor etc almost all solo. However, now what? No people in PVP zones its basically not an MMO. I joined a random clan some ppl are on but its not really fun playing with them or doing anything with them because its so inefficient. You can solo everything in this game way faster than with people./ Admittedly through cheesing for combat but even for crafting. Sure you can have 1 person be blacksmith 1 person leatherworking etc but if they are offline you can't progress and people stop playing so I just leveled everything myself. game needs insane improvement. I work from home so so much of that 230 hours is crafting at base sitting there. Maybe 100 hours of that.
Yep. I'm over the 200 hour mark and most of that time is spent afk waiting for stuff to finish crafting. Even while I write this reply I'm afk at an alchemist bench processing 100's of potions I just toss on the floor and don't even use.
@@SwoleBenji yeah holy fuck how did they not make deconstruct bench.. put 10 items in that use a specific material and shoot out even 10% of that material used. So many dumb choices as if the devs never made a game before. And expecting so much cooperation with gamers lol most people are dumb as rocks and others simply don't have a million hours to play so in the t end the concept just can't work out especially if the game doesn't have many players.
@@SwoleBenji Also, let certain items stack higher in chest vs inventory. We get outputs of for example 5-10 but in our inventory it can go 10 or 20 even 90 so why not make chests store potions for instance 99 but in inventory 20. Simple stuff like that is plaguing the game. Why do i have legit 400 chests at base.

It sucks that there's like 3 entire people that occasionally log in in my valley and somehow I still get lag spikes. The rest of the map is a ghost town. Why do I keep login in?

why are you lying? Time isn't valuable to you when you spend 160 hours in a video game flying around with freecam. If time was valuable to you, you'd spend it doing something constructive with your life.
What can I do that's constructive besides making youtube videos? Not everyone has the same opportunities as others.
