So sorry that you have had such a bad experience I wouldn’t have stayed there especially with a baby. I would it and see if you can at least get some of the money back and definitely go through social media and complain about Airbnb and their attitude.❤️❤️

Hi , you need to contact fair trading and make a complaint . This isn’t acceptable. Definitely need to keep on pushing for your money back 😢
Did you pay on credit card? You could always go through them to get the money back!!
