Hope you guys pay attention to the point I'm trying to get across at 1:04 . Every video I make is supposed to be a tool that helps you better learn and understand the software. My goal is to teach you about the tools but what you do with them is UP TO YOU. You guys can try as hard as possible to become a carbon copy of ppl like Lonewolf or Cole but at the end of the day you'll just be a copy. Mix things together, be creative, take small parts from people you look up to and mash them into your own style. Everything is inspired from something else but what sets people apart is when they make things unique to themselves. This is no easy thing as well, if you're passionate about making videos your own style will change as you gain experience (go look at my old music videos and you'll see I was basically a cole bennett 2.0 copy). There's nothing wrong with replicating cool stuff (especially when you're first starting out learning), but I think the best way to progress is by keeping what I said above in mind. There is no step by step way to do anything you can always cut corners, add, or take things away. (also side note any tutorial I make featuring a specific style is just my interpretation, not claiming I know how each person does things step by step) Figured I'd make a post about this because Its something I think is very important and I hope it helps guide my message across :)
Hello, I love your channel for learning basics of primiere/AE, and I got curious about the resolution. For every music video for youtube, is it the best to create every project in every adobe program as 1280x720?
If you don't have the ecto effect, just nest the bottom screenshot layer, duplicate and add a Lumetri colour with alpha glow. From there you can adjust the colours and hopefully recreate something pretty similar, especially when you play it back fast!
great video max! one question: I am a music producer and I upload beats on youtube. Id love to know how to let elements fly in on beat with the same speed (bpm) as the instrumental? for example a gif loop where a new paper flies in every time my kick drums hits? I tried doing it manually but if its shifted only 0.001s wrong its not on beat anymore when I try to loop it. thanks for any help and I hope you understood me
I cant deselect back ground. I got all the way there and its not working I cant figure this out. ugg I on a Mac. I cant select the image I need to outline in order to get to the next step. can anybody please help
I dont think LONEWOLF takes half an hour for every second of his video for effects, there must be a faster way I think. Im also amazed by these appealing paper animations and those acrylic color effects he does, they look so realistic I cant even tell if they're made in a computer program.
Wow this was great! I have been wondering how I could incorporate the ripping effect on my videos. This tutorial helped me get the basics of how this effect is done. Now to the hard part where I do some playing around to find how this fits my own videos and how best to use it :) Thank you very much!
hey max can you find a different angle for you video or make it appear when your speaking to the camera.. i love the tutorial but its kind of distracting not being able to see the layers panel just because your there staring at the screen! Keep dropping these jewels though! Peace out ^_^
Great tutorial. just a tip, you're better off making the paper texture layer a clipping mask onto the cutout of the subject. That way it saves you a step and is non-destructive.
animation and video editing is fun but lmao i cant help but laugh at myself pause and rewinding and re watching so many parts just to get it right. It's like 35 minutes of work for roughly 16 frames of animation. i suppose when youve done this often and gotten used to how to do it, it wont take as long. but still. imagine how hard drawing cartoons or anime must be, so i cant complain, just observing :)
@@Wan_Hilly I found it mine is in French tho you control click on the image of the layer (of your. subject) in bottom right and select "selection des pixels" it may be pixel selection in English
chuks egbokwu yes bro I’m on ig NickKhalifa69 and yo I figure the control click. U just have to select erase tool first and then control and click on layer ✊🏼👌🏽
