If my motor goes out while fully extended, how can I retract manually? Same setup . Both motors seem to have simultaneously gone out. Push the button & not even a buzz..
Yep and they do a lousy job at that. Top track has no support in the center and flex’s way too much. I have to use secondary jacks to keep camper from shaking

Check the fuse. If not, you should be able to use a socket to turn the end of the jack.

Exactly…. They are only rated for light contact with the ground making them useless for actual stability.
