His attention to detail in the editing stage like adding the echo in his voice during the sewer tunnel stage is surreal. It adds SOOO much to the ambience, especially when listening through surround sound headphones. Keep up the awesome work!
He overplays his fear a little too much generally speaking but otherwise when it comes to his editing I'm in full agreement it adds a lot

17:13 was perfect. A _thing_ bursts out of a hill, soars into a wall, the player screams and stumbles away, and when he turns back around it's gone. Too many horror games have never lived up to this one organic jumpscare.

If you imagine the third person POV of this, IGP crouch-walking across a completely open field to sneak up on the deer is actually high comedy in an otherwise completely horrifying game. This is such an interesting and original concept, after seeing a lot of the same old stuff recently it's so impressive and I can imagine actually playing it would be awful because you have *no* idea what's going on or what you have to be wary of. (I was sure the possums were going to turn evil at night...)

The character is dressed like Walter White especially the shoes 👟 and there is a RV ☝🏻 getting some breaking bad vibes 😂
This game gave some 7 days to die vibes and the atmosphere was really interesting. That road during the dark had some real horror element, not being able to see anything is just terrifying. Would love to see more of like this type of survival from different devs.
It reminded me of STALKER
The Legend who plays all the good games nobody else plays, every video is refreshing new content. I’m so surprised more people haven’t flocked to this channel, IGP and ICY both are absolute gems.

I love IGP, but saying he plays 'all the good games noone else plays' is kind of not true. Majority of content he plays, are stuff everyone else is playing right now. Phasmo and the other ghost hunting games he's played. In Silence, Fear and Fathom, Dead Space...he does mix in a lot of unknown stuff, but he's also playing A LOT of things other people are. He is what makes it entertaining and 'new'. Let's not ignore that for every hidden gem he plays, he checks out a mainstream title or something that's on the algorithm.

This game has such a unique concept, and while it could have been silly it was actually made into horror very well!

The part at 0:40 - 0:48 where he looks at the bong says flashlight punches the bong and immediately says nope afterwards had me rolling.
That deer was like, let me just feed you mah boi. You could tell it was done when it exploded like a hotdog.
This is like a very crude version of The Forest and I love it! Even all the enemies are crude versions of the Mutants in The Forest! I really hope IGP plays Sons of the Forest when it finally drops!

Wandering through the darkness, flickering you flashlight to preserve low battery is like the most terrifying thing ever.

The game adds a depth of horror ive only seen explored one other time, relieving one's self is a very vulnerable state. Meat canyon is the only other person ive seen explore this directly.
they touch on it a couple times in Zombieland but that's more for a joke than an actual exploration of it.
