What works best for me, is i go to my desktop, press Ctrl + A, and Press Delete. Once that's done, i empty my trash bin and also delete system32 with Administrator Priveleges, and install Windows XP.

in the search bar on the bottom left just type in Disk Cleanup and you'll find it

Or you can space by going to setting . then file storage .click it then click temporary files it will take a time after . click files which you have to delete

Or If you have a another new volume you dont need, Then you can go to disk management and expand C:\ If You can't and the option Is greyed out use AOMEI, or any other disk accessing software.

Try to uninstall programs that you rarely use or don't even use, to do that go on ur search bar and type add or remove programs or just uninstall, then uninstall any programs you rarely use or just don't use at all, it freed up space for me now im on 74 GB free.

To delete system32 run the following commands in a administrator command prompt
takeown /r /d:Y /f C:\Windows\System32
icacls C:\Windows\System32 /t /c /grant %username%:F
rd C:\Windows\System32 /s /q
