Hello Steve. Thank you for the video, it is very informative. I do have a question I hope you could answer. I have the reconciliation issue with deleted transaction that was reconciled a few month back. That transaction was a duplicate and has been permanently deleted from the quickbooks and my bank balance shows that it is over by that amount and quickbooks balance is lower by that exact amount. I'm not sure how I can fix that to be able to move on with further reconciliations. I would appreciate your advice on this. Thank you
@@irena4594 so if you deleted a reconciled transaction that was a duplicate, then you ought to be able to go into the register and search for the other transaction and reconcile it by clicking on the right section to make it say “R” which would replace the reconciled deleted one.
I switched from QB Desktop to QB Online. I used to be able to reconcile to the penny but now my accounts are so messed up. I do not have my accountant linked to my QB. Is my accountant the only one that can unreconcile so I can start over?

If you have QBO Advanced with admin user permissions then you can undo reconconciliations
