He did deliver on that. Over 1.3M people have had their student loans forgiven, totaling almost $70B. There would be more except for Kevin McCarthy's caucus and a 6-3 Supreme Court ruling (along ideological lines). So "Biden" not delivering is a result of Republicans fighting against it. If you don't agree with student loan forgiveness, fine. But don't turn around and complain that he "couldn't even get that done."

That power lies within the Legislative Branch. The Republican caucus, as you put it, and the Supreme Court were following the Constitution. I guess the threat to democracy doesn't apply when the Branch of the government that is usurping its authority is the political party you align with.
