- The haunting season has officially begun at the Universal Orlando Resort. August 30th was the opening night of Halloween Horror Nights 2024 at Universal Studios Florida and we were there as regular guests without express or RIP tours to experience as much as we could. We did stay and scream. We ate food. We Explored Scare Zones. We did Haunted Houses. We got blinky cups. We had an EXPERIENCE, but was that experience good or bad? You know what? That’s exactly right. I NEVER watched the walk throughs. I just want to know what they thought of each house, so I MYSELF can experience it someday.
I honestly skip most of those videos all together, or just skip through the houses. I don't actually like the walk throughs at all. But also, I feel like they should have been invited. I don't think Tim Tracker was invited either, or maybe they just didn't go, but I didn't see a walk through for them either.
Chloe looks so pretty! Hanna is always a doll but she is married 😊

I am truly shocked you were not invited, what the heck Universal!! First of all- universal- get your act together-no invitation for you guys? I can only hope that was an oversight - because with or without Craig- this is a classic, go to team and should have been included. That being said-THANK YOU. This is hands down the best review i have watched. And i shouldn’t be surprised, but honestly- not walking through the houses.. and having a “real life” perspective on this was perfect. Love you guys together, awesome job. Will be watching this again. And go back and keep it coming because I’m here for it! ❤

I am not sure, but I am still happy to be able to go as a regular guest and cover the event for everyone. I'm sad I can't share the inside of the houses with everyone though.

I loved the vibe of this video, from the dark corner food review to Hannah bonding with scare actors in the background. 😁 And then it felt like the band got back together when you caught up with Chloe towards the middle. It was a good time, guys.
While I seriously question the decision to invite some of the folks that they did (I mean folks that literally NEVER go to universal…) I do appreciate a video showing more real world every day guest experience and what to expect…. Sometimes having spoilers to a house kinda ruins it… so I appreciate this style of video!

There is no better way to spend a day than in the parks during the day and HHN at night. Pay for thr express, it's a special occasion. Drinks, food, scares, friends, it's the best time of the year

Hi Ryno and Hannah. I’m going for the first time and solo from Belgium. Have you advice about which house I should try? I’m scared - booked a 3 house behind the screams tour for the day before. I’m most afraid about the scares by the actors and when it’s really dark ( my vision goes lower then). By seeing walk through videos I guess ‘Ghostbusters’ or ‘ ‘major sweets’ ? Thank you
I would say you should definitely do Ghostbusters. Like maybe start with that one. I think Slaughter Sinema and Deadly Exhibits would be good. Goblin's Feast too. I am just thinking of the houses that might be a little brighter...Major Sweets was good. That one is a little bit of a tighter house in terms of smaller walkways.

I went to the Premium Night and had a blast! I wish you could have done A Quiet Place and Insidious. They were both so great and Insidious is definitely the best in my opinion. Hope to maybe see you there when I go again in September!
I went back tonight and was able to do the houses I missed! We’ll talk about them more on the next universal show!

Yeah, what I've learned the strat for HHN is get there early and try to knock out 1, 2 popular houses first, then take a break with food or attractions, and in the final hours run the gamut and finish the rest.
But you do have to prepare your bedtime to be much later

I feel some kind of way about them not inviting you, but besides that, I’ve always come back to the dis content because of the personalities on these shows. Ryno, all you’ve been producing and contributing to has your own vibe and style and it’s *wonderful*. I could watch Ryno and Hannah watching paint dry, you both are so funny and have a great dynamic!

Speaking as someone who has no plans to go to HHN. Excellent job. I prefer scare zone and food content to house walk throughs any day.
Honestly, everyone shows inside the houses. The media event isn’t really a “true” look at it. This video was great as it lets you see what the average person will be facing on a busy HHN party.
While I’m sure you guys were a bit disappointed not to get the media invite you should still be damn proud of a top class video. 10/10 no notes.

I like no media invites makes the reviews authentic
1) its crazy you weren't invited for media based on who I've seen that was
2) know you were with a group and making content but I would have died with all the back and fourth you were doing across the park
3) we did stay and scream (starting in the back) on Sunday and possibly because of the rain that afternoon but we managed to get 7 houses done before 7:30 when the wait times skyrocketed, took our food/scare zone break, and then finished the other 3 between 11-12:30 (no express)
4) we found the wait times at the houses didnt always match the app and were massively over inflated when we did our last three...Insidious said 120, we waited 50...Quiet Place said 90 and it was about 35...Monstrous said 60 and we waited 20
5) my little marshmallow man was almost completely melted and didn't have any facial details left but he was still delicious lol
We had a second one like that one Sunday. It seems, much like myself, he can't handle the heat haha

I haven’t done stay and scream again yet, however I’m thinking that the one in the Simpsons area may be more comfortable to wait around in. We’ll see. I’m gonna try and do them all
@@DISUnlimited oh brilliant, we’ll keep our eyes peeled for any future vlogs/tips then. We don’t head out from the UK until 19th Sept but really looking forward to it, super excited now! Will be interesting to see if they make any changes to the queuing system between now and then, as seemed a bit chaotic having them all merging into one for a couple of the houses like you showed in your video.

Was wondering when they open the stay and scream lines up to go through the houses at 5:15 are the food booths open? May want to grab a specialty item before the lines get too long at the booths.
They are open during stay and scream. My original intent was to do the ghostbusters food while we were in stay and scream but that opening day holding was a little chaotic and they wrap the lines around the booths. It seemed a little stressful to try right then while I was herding cats haha
But I would recommend doing that. I’ll say I went back Saturday and Sunday and the lines at the ghostbusters food booths were consistently long HOWEVER moved faster than any line I waited in.
@@DISUnlimitedhaha herding the cats I love it! Last year was my first year going. I’m bringing my mom for the first time this year so I’m the cruise director lol.
Did they do a media event this year I haven’t seen any inside footage of houses this year from people, if they did do an event it must have been much smaller, most of what I saw before I went came from the premium scream night

I really enjoyed Hannah’s reactions and hope to hear more about hers and Chloe’s thoughts and reactions on the Universal show or elsewhere. As someone who gets scared easily I’d like that perspective especially before I’d think about going.
Hannah did pretty well! We're going to do a Universal Show this week to talk a little more in depth about the experience and she felt about it.

I believe they were there, but we didn't end up going into Dragon Alley. I thought about it at one point, but then we started eating haha

I WISH!! There were two themed drinks there but neither was really Ecto cooler esque. They are serving a Lacto Cooler during the event though which is a slimer themed beer
