You can add to the list clint. I've been using this item since it was released. Good for sustainability in the early game and also damage then sell it in the late game. I have 79.7% WR w/ 1319 games under clint.
Haas claw is good if you have heroes that can easily sustain by basic attack, like marksmen and alucard because his basic attack has high lifesteal or ruby who gains spellvamp from lifesteal items. But most fighters are skill based so they either use bloodlust and would pick endless battle in exchange for haasclaw. As for sea halberd its an optional item against high regen heroes and mostly picked by marksmen. Fighters would just build dominance ice to counter regen heroes and to be more thiccer as well.
I dont use it on bane bcuz he doenst stay in the fight long enough to activate its extra movement speed and i replaced the waraxe on hororos lazy build to hunter strike since it gives 1.5 CD already and it has pen

You should add Martis, he's passive each skill adds attacks speed, he's 2nd skill can make the full stack of War Axe easily and in his Ultimate when he killed enemy's below 30% hp he'll gain movement speed, if you build this item on Martis in early game you'll dominate
Im currently an alucard main and i can say war axe works amazing with alucard and chou *BUT* it only works on chou on 1on1 battles in an actual game not so much unless your gameplay style is not a hit n run it can work sometimes i use it against fighters because since we both have well rounddd stats we can keep fighting each other
I still use war axe on Chou though, mainly cuz when you are laning or split pushing, you can poke/melt most defending heroes. While for hit and run style, you can easily stack up movement speed while escaping after burst.

I think it’s good in only one or two situations, like when he get ganked while clearing the lane/attacking the turret cuz he’ll probably have the full stacks ready so he’ll have a high chance of surviving that gank. but yeah it’s not good in most situations like imbushing or backdoor the enemy’s squishy heroes.
BOD gives additional 30% physical atk boost when an enemy reach a certain hp. So BOD still wins this. You need to stack up to gain dmg for War Axe while BOD already gives 160 at the start excluding its 30% boost.
Because of this video i know now that war axe give 117 phycical attack i just look the base stack and passive and i think like ok its good without calculating
I hope next addition in items is a range specialize item (like giving an additional damage based on how far their enemy they attacking.) and giving its a hybrid damage so mage or mm can use this. I want to this to be added to atleast we can see a hero like moscov, layla or sniper beatrix in pro scene.

I think zilong can use war axe cus of his 2nd skill, which reduce phy def and with war axe zilong will be like a sharp needle. Zilong gameplay is hit and run but i think we can play him like karina where we wait for the enemy to get low and finish them with the 2nd skill and his ult is great for chasing kills.

Actually helcurt fits pretty well with waraxe imo because helcurt needs to always maintain his 2nd skill stack before going into fights

If you use minsitthar ult first before reaching the 8 passive it's useless it won't affect the damage of minsitthar's ult.
